I love it when a plan comes together! But I thrive when it starts to come a part. I know it’s one of the most clique sayings, but failure to plan is planning to fail and that is where I come in! As an experienced planner in food production and chemical manufacturing I have a wide range of supply chain experience when it comes to communicating and maintaining a production plan. I can creatively problem solve and work cross-departmentally to bring forth solutions when issues arise. I have a mind for continuous improvement, process optimization, and over a decade of working to balance the often-competing targets of production efficiency, customer service, and inventory management.
