I coordinate 8-12 events simultaneously, ranging from a cocktail party for 100+ guests to a gala for 1,000+ guests, and beyond. I manage all aspects on behalf of my clients; finding the perfect venue fit to their budget, guest count and aesthetic, contracting vendors and orchestrating the day-of logistics; run of show, food and beverage, entertainment, transportation, layouts and strike. My goal is to deliver a memorable and unique experience for my client and their guests, by overseeing all operations from conception to completion.

Throughout my three years at Sequoia Productions; coordinating logistics, booking staff and assisting producers, I discovered my passion for producing live events. As the logistics coordinator I gathered vendor requests based on their load-in and strike needs, including; equipment, parking, radios, power, crew meal, hotel and transportation, then executed everything to be ready once we moved onsite. I handled client, vendor and venue insurance certificates pertinent to each event contract and venue requirements. In the office I supervised associate planners and interns with their daily priorities and weekly goals. Onsite, I hired and managed all day-of event staff; talent handlers, production assistants, volunteers and crew.
