Responsible for the overall partnership experience across products and professional learning services, monitoring progress alongside school and district decision-makers, and renewing and expanding scopes of work to advance equitable instruction. Partnered with technology team to synthesize user feedback and market trends to influence product development.

Coached school and district leaders (including Chief Academic Officers and Superintendent Cabinet Members) toward outcomes ranging from high quality curriculum implementation to anti-racist personal leadership and spearheaded new ways to incorporate technology into professional learning. Led a six-person team responsible for adaptive leadership change and purposeful use of ANet instructional products alongside a network of 60 schools. Launched a program strategy team dedicated to the quality and coherence of our instructional products (interim assessments, reports, online resources) and services while scaling from 300 to 900 school partners. Managed critical projects with cross-teams impact: transitioning interim assessment product from paper to online, designing and operationalizing adaptive leadership training for 24 managers, managing and communicating annual product and service evolution across national network teams, and stewarding quarterly strategy retreats for 30 organizational leaders.

Recommended nine market-ripening investments to top management team for early childhood education ventures in charter schools, education technology start-ups, and performance-based teacher preparation programs. Built and repositioned on-boarding process for new hires including skill and leadership development, information technology training, and performance management expectations.
