As a Senior Engineer I provide project management and engineering guidance on a large range of projects. My projects are focused primarily around stormwater quality treatment, permit compliance, floodplain hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and FEMA applications and studies.

San Francisco

I focus on hydraulics and hydrology projects in the fields of floodplain management, storm water quality and bridge hydraulics and scour. Projects include both private and public clients such as developers, local water districts, transportation authorities, Cities and Counties. Peer review projects include C.3 Storm Water Quality Certification and drainage reviews. I have extensive experience in FEMA floodplain processes and CLOMR-LOMR and LOMA applications. I divide my time between project and program management, hydraulic modeling, and analysis reports.

Professional duties include land development design for residential and campus projects involving coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, survey teams, and other engineering disciplines. Design responsibilities include layout and sizing of water systems and storm drain systems, computer modeling, project feasibility reports, C.3 storm water cleansing design calculations, LEED project design and coordination, grading plans, low retaining wall design, pump design, construction administration, and site planning. Project Engineer position also required the complete development of construction documents, both for bid and permit purposes. Work was completed on a per project basis, personally managing the project from conception to post construction.

Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii

Professional duties included civil design of large residential and commercial developments, specifically roadway and plot layout. Worked extensively with Storm Water Management Plans and construction discharge permit applications. Roadway design included drainage design, vertical and horizontal curvature calculations, and pavement design based on roadway layout and soil characteristics analysis. Work was completed individually under the direction of a project manager.
