I work primarily in content development in our education space. I research artists in upcoming shows and assemble iBooks to accompany new exhibitions, I occasionally lead tours and activities, and assist with other education programs.

I'm worked with the curator Cora Fisher on starting a publication series, organizing artist solicitations, facilitating timelines for exhibition publications and ibooks, and helping with programming activities and installations as needed.

I am responsible for customer service, and keeping the front stocked, the dining area clean, waiting on customers, running the register, and making a variety of coffee drinks.

As the current Art Editor for The Peel Literature and Arts Review magazine, a student publication on the Appalachian State University campus, I am responsible for incoming submissions under the Art/ Visual category, scheduling meetings with the Art Committee, along with critiquing, scoring, and discussing works.

As office assistant, I was responsible for: checking the P.O. Box daily, sending and delivering and organizing camper and staff mail, filing invoices, making camper gift bags, and faxing orders.

I was a sales associate at Poppy’s by design for 5 months. Responsible for: cleaning the store, advertising items, restocking items, taking and returning phone calls, and placing fax orders.
