Develop and execute company strategy across all levels of the operational organization. This includes:• Create and utilize KPIs to manage revenue and profitability.• Oversee monthly and yearly budget goals including unit and revenue growth.• Review monthly operational expenses and identify areas of inefficiency to be improved.• Manage labor usage to maintain profitable margins. • Lead, manage and develop team members, both in the wholesale and retail aspects of the business, on how to drive efficiency and profitability. • Develop and maintain business to business relations with customers and suppliers. Ensure consistent customer and supplier base to support growth objectives. • Manage company fleet: repairs, DOT, registration, insurance, and compliance. • Manage and review delivery routes/logistics. Streamline routing logistics to ensure operational efficiency.• Maintain and manage current company pricing structure. Consistent market research to maintain competitive pricing. Monitor and review current pricing for accuracy and consistency across customer platforms. • Partner with IT team to manage and maintain current company website. Maintain data base accuracy and troubleshoot user interface technical issues.• Manage warehouse team and oversee inventory processes are followed, including cycle counts, to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce loss.• Warehouse optimization to ensure maximum efficiency.

Develop and implement new purchasing and inventory controls and systems that span all functions of the organization. Successfully launch new company procedures for inventory management to all distribution centers using NetSuite by Oracle. Purchase and oversee inventory levels for three distribution centers. Management responsibilities include:• Collecting and analyzing sales histories.• Identifying current market trend analyses and forecasting sales data.• Developing, managing, and maintaining supplier relations.• Maintaining extensive product and pricing data base.
