In my Personal Selling course, we are working on a semester-long group project, and I am the leader of my group. For the project, we choose a company (ours is Adidas) and are tasked with forming a detailed marketing plan to increase Adidas sales to other companies. We focus on this marketing plan in context of current business relationships and potential new ones. At the end of this semester, we will turn in our final report and present our marketing plan to the other groups and our professor.

In this part-time remote role, I analyze search engine results and provide detailed feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of accurate, high-quality results for commonly used search engines.

I taught 14 Panhellenic new members over 5 weeks total, lead discussions on key material, and served as a resource for guidance and support.

This past summer, I worked as a Leasing Agent for The Social Block and Townhomes, which is a 2-property apartment complex in Starkville, Mississippi with over 500 residents. I had many responsibilities, but the main ones included: contacting potential leads, constantly communicating with applicants and residents, engaging in community outreach, providing tours for prospective residents, handling account balances and insurance information for all residents, leading prospects through the entire application and leasing process, and overall assisting all prospects, applicants, residents, co-signers, and vendors with all questions or concerns. By the end of the summer, I had helped our team surpass our 90% pre-lease goal and reach 93%! This was an amazing opportunity that I am so grateful to have been a part. I had wonderful mentors who taught me more knowledge than I knew I could learn in such a short period of time, and overall, I now find myself much more knowledgeable and confident in my abilities.

In March and April of 2024, I served as Team Leader in a team of 4—5 fellow students in the Organizational Behavior Course. We worked on a 2-month team project about creating recommendations to solve a problem in a hypothetical company, culminating in an 8—10-page written report and a 15-minute presentation. In this role, I planned group meetings around people's schedules, organized how we split up the large amount of work to be done, turned in the group's work for each part, answered questions that my teammates had, and communicated with members of my team during the entire project to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner and to the professor's specifications. September 2023 through December 2023, I served as Assistant Leader in a team of 4 fellow students in the Human Resources Management course. We worked on a semester-long group project studying the effects of a multitude of aspects greatly affected employee satisfaction and company performance in the simulation.
