Through my own private practice, I provide individual therapy for teens and young adults dealing with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and other concerns. I specialize in eating disorders and teens and am working on Level 3 training for Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Provide individual and group counseling services to adolescents and adults with presenting concerns such as eating disorders, substance use, personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders.Provide meal support as part of eating disorder IOP treatment program.Write clinical notes clearly and in a timely manner.Create safety plans and provide appropriate referrals as necessary.Receive regular clinical supervision while attaining clinical licensure hours.

Instruct students in 60 minute yoga classes of all types- C1, C1.5, C2 (all power yoga), Yoga Sculpt (Yoga with weights), HPF (fusion of power and hot yoga), and Core Restore (Yin). Also includes keeping the studio tidy, and promoting all instructor programming and retail. Currently only leading Yoga Sculpt classes

As part of the management team of the studio tasked with weekly inventory, running the Studio Experience Team, connecting with new students, and assisting in programming and promotion of the studio. Teaching all formats of yoga classes- C1, 1.5, 2, Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion.

Duties include: providing individual counseling and mental coaching to members of the Kansas City community and athletics with diverse backgrounds and presenting issues; providing group mental coaching to a variety of sports teams and individual sport groups; conducting initial consults and intakes; referring to the appropriate treatment resources when necessary; maintaining case notes; receiving individual supervision; facilitating psychoeducation and outreach groups; using biofeedback with clients and self to increase awareness of stress response; increasing personal development through article research on eating disorders in sports and maintaining a mindfulness practice. • Work support, which includes answering support phone calls and tickets of compliance employees and other athletic department staff of over 180 collegiate institutions with the use of the JumpForward system.• Work with the fiscal data of collegiate business offices in order to automate their budget, actuals and encumbrance data into the Elevation system. Help clients by mapping and organizing data for easy creation of EADA and NCAA reports. Perrform data scrubbing using Excel functions and shortcuts- including vlookups and pivot tables- for easy import into the Elevation business software, and I investigate problems that are presented to me by independently researching for solutions. • Assist the Compliance Account Managers in duties such as report audits, investigating error message causes, compiling and researching feature requests and investigating the new predictive analytics dashboard.• I am able to perform work independently with little supervision. I organize my work schedule to maximize efficiency.

Working to create a foundation of data so that collegiate coaches can make more meaningful comparisons through the scrubbing, checking, and importing of data into the coaches' databases. Assist the Account Managers in duties such as setting up questionnaires, compiling contact lists for marketing, and combining large sets of data for easier use and saving time when contacting current and potential clients.
