-Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) Candidate-Provide thorough market value and market rent reports in accordance with CUSPAP (Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) to financial institutions, lawyers etc. Conduct property inspections to gather information as required-Provide property measurements and sketches and calculate property areas-Assignment types including mortgage financing, refinancing, foreclosure/REO, relocation, matrimonial cases, retrospective valuations, estate purposes and bankruptcy-Property types include single family residences, condominiums, apartments, townhouses, cooperative apartments and 2-4 unit multi-family dwellings

-Market research, analyzing trends and statistics, reviewing and interpreting contracts, obtaining information relating to ownership, legal descriptions, easements, surveys etc.-Create municipal, regional and neighbourhood profiles - municipal land use planning research: Official Plan; Zoning; Greenbelt, Oakridges Moraine, conservation and airport authorities etc.-Input information and manage large databases of real estate information

-Coordinate incoming and outgoing commercial real estate appraisal work for vacant land (full takings, partial takings, easements), commercial/industrial/agricultural buildings, development projects and expropriation projects -Proofread and format appraisal reports for large corporations and government agencies, including Region of Waterloo, Region of Durham, Region of York and MTO-Respond to client inquires, concerns and requests and direct as neededResearch, assess and gather information using multiple sources and programs online and offline; inputting and analyzing of information into computer applications, databases and spreadsheets-Manage company calendar, schedule meetings and book travel accommodations and services -Organize RFQ/RFP documents to gain work and solidify ongoing contracts-Invoicing, receivables and bank deposits -Secretarial services, directing phone calls, filing, scanning, and co-ordination of internal/external mail
