I managed bid and proposal activities (ITTs, PQQs, RFQs, EOIs, RFPs) from capture through to the convert phase of the lifecycle. My general responsibilities included managing the delivery of bids including proposal kick-off and review meetings (e.g. Blue, Pink, Red, Green, Gold, and White); supporting storyboarding development and working with technical authors to convert knowledge into high-scoring content with supporting win themes; writing impactful, tailored bid content; and driving the proposal governance process.

This role involved managing bid submissions and inputs (including the management of contributions from Marketing, Technical Operations, Quality, H&S, Commercial, and Logistics); creating written Bid proposals; attracting new business; strategising and improving on the sales processes; and attending industry events.
