I am a chemical engineer and Strategy Deployment Lead at Honeywell Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) with over 7 years of engineering experience in the defense industry. I lead enterprise-wide initiatives to advance technology and manage the development and deployment of critical strategies to deliver on national security priorities. I bring my passion for employee engagement to each of my roles.I am the President of the KCNSC Young Professionals Employee Network (YP EN), an organization dedicated to the professional and personal development of over 1,000 early career professionals at the KCNSC. I manage a diverse team of 11 emerging leaders and partner with Executive Champions to deliver impactful resources and events to YP EN members, making it a recognized business asset in talent development and retention. I also bring my passion for inclusion and diversity to my community; I hold positions in the local and global chapters of Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and represent Honeywell on the genKC Advisory Board, an early career group in the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce connecting hundreds of young professionals across the city.
