• Liaising with other Functional Areas regarding the planning delivery of requirements in the competition venues.• Manage all volunteers, including developing rosters, training, communication and coordinating briefings for all non- Field of Play volunteers.• Manage access control onto the Field of Play, including coordinating with security, accreditation and workforce to ensure policies are met.• Coordinate the supply of ice and towels at all competition and training venues for Netball.• Build relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the Games.• Coordinate the logistics and delivery of sports equipment and FF&E, including management of memorabilia and legacy items.

Fitzroy

• Creation and implementation, and distribution of DCAS across internal staff, sports presentation and technical officials.• Coordinating in-venue ticketing builds, including distribution of tickets to internal and external stakeholders.• Adapting venue operations plans for each event.• Assisting with netball competition delivery at international events, including communicating, rostering and briefing volunteers.• Coordination and distribution of accreditation and accreditation plans.

• Data maintenance from a variety of sources including Synergetic, SIMON and Excel.• Event, marketing and public relations support.• Assistance with data entry regarding enrolments & student data.• Reception/student reception relief.

• Assisting with volunteer shift development and shift request changes, including responding to volunteer enquiries regarding individual shifts.• Assist with volunteer recruitment and responding to volunteer enquiries.• Assistance in the logistics of uniform and accreditation distribution for volunteers anddevelopment of the Volunteer Handbook and Volunteer Training.
