I created Papillon Collective while pregnant with my second child. An in-person community to support mothers who are transitioning through motherhood. I host weekly moms group in person in Portland, OR by holding a safe, supportive space to discuss real, raw and hard topics that mothers go through. Reach out if you have any questions!

Developed workplace strategies for small to medium size clients in SF Bay and Portland metro areas. Supported the business development team on client pitches related to workplace strategy and the design-build method. Developed collateral and materials for marketing purposes. Facilitated workplace strategy workshop, synthesized qualitative and quantitative data into a strategy playbook. Participated in an in-person workplace / culture event discussing the future of work and post-covid era changing workplace dynamics. Owned the development of coDesign’s internal culture by co-facilitated workshops to define mission, vision and behavioral values. Resulting in OKRs and priorities for the entire company. Facilitated an internal marketing strategy workshop for the business development team to develop their team priorities for 2023.

First workplace strategist hire for the interiors department. Developing internal workplace benchmarking and driving forward client facing strategic decisions for interior workplace projects. Spear-headed internal ZGF Work Experience of the future program (Hybrid program) by creating and deploying employee surveys and workshops. Worked closely with senior leadership, HR, Technology, Communications team to identify their hybrid working experience and supported deployment of initiatives with all internal departments.

Collaborate cross functionally with leadership in HR, Communications, Strategy and Technology to develop the Future of Work program while owning the Workplace Future of Work work stream. Supported Design team in updating space programming with new Hybrid work model.

Pioneered the Workplace Employee Experience Program for Uber’s Global offices. Defined strategic direction of workplace programs including change management and digital experience content strategies. Work cross-functionally across internal Brand, IT, Security, People, and consultants to steer strategy based on employee survey data.

Engaged to oversee the programming, design, and change management efforts of 1 million square feet of Uber’s new corporate headquarters in San Francisco. Developed the design and space requirements from multiple business units from a strategic vision to a functional space.

Supervised a global team of 15 employees for 7M square feet of real estate globally, establishing team goals and strategies for a high-growth and fast-paced environment with numerous pivots.

Built a 5-person team to manage Uber HQ daily MAC and Global Space Planning efforts, opening up 18 floors/ 300,000 sqft while ensuring brand consistency and changes.

Recruited as the first hire to build the Space Planning Team within the Workplace team to manage Moves, Adds, Changes, and support new office design. Navigated high growth phase, supporting 300% employee growth within San Francisco HQ.
