My passion for fostering direct client relationships propelled me to join the retail technology startup, CB4. Soon after my arrival, we became part of The Gap, Inc., where I now work with product teams to enhance data science and analytics strategy while maintaining my external book of business. I champion client success through a consultative approach, leveraging data analytics, and forging partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to pioneer innovative enhancements in our software and services.

I spearheaded product design efforts at a boutique management consulting firm, where I specialized in crafting immersive learning experiences and development programs tailored for high-level executives. My role involved interpreting and analyzing our clients' strategic objectives and commercial strategies, and translating them into comprehensive experiences spanning from one to six days. These experiences encompassed global and virtual components, including workshops, partnership dialogues, and ecosystem analysis.In my capacity as the Head of Product Innovation, I orchestrated cross-functional teams to proactively identify emerging needs and develop products that empower leaders and organizations to prepare for the challenges of tomorrow.

I'm a self-taught graphic designer well-versed in Adobe's suite of creative tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Throughout this period, my primary occupation was with a chiropractic product company, where I played a role in creating a diverse range of materials such as forms, logos, folders, posters, gifs, and various advertising and marketing collateral.While I may not possess the extensive professional design background, I'm proficient in handling straightforward projects and possess a keen eye for layout, color schemes, as well as skills in copywriting and editing.

I oversaw the end-to-end management of international and regional conferences, taking charge of diverse responsibilities ranging from budgeting and contract negotiations to marketing and sales strategies. Through my efforts, I successfully secured more than 50% of the annual revenue for this nonprofit organization.In order to consistently draw in over 1500 attendees each year, I remained dedicated to crafting inventive educational programs, coordinating a dedicated team of over 100 volunteers, and skillfully gathering and analyzing data to identify emerging trends and the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.

When this Colorado-based startup made the move to expand to the greater Chicago area, I was onboarded early, managing all levels of operations, delivery staff and marketing projects. Passionate about events, I also took on the coordination efforts of tradeshows and other local events that promoted healthy living and environmental sustainability. This position was my introduction to people management, with a team of 15+ delivery drivers and workers.

On Governor Polis’s first congressional campaign, I helped raise $1.6 million in individual contributions. In addition to traditional fundraising activities like direct mail, telephone & online appeals, I speerheaded event-related activities.
