I have been working in this role for more than two years, after being promoted from Director of Account Managers at CGI Communications, where I started in 2015.My core competencies include customer experience, customer retention, and account executive development. I build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I also present quarterly teleconferences to show their progress and identify areas of improvement. Additionally, I serve as a marketing consultant, evaluating their advertising strategies on both digital and traditional media, and offering advice on how to optimize their return on investment.
