Responsibilities include: Owning and cultivating the relationships with Invest TV buyside users and Monetize TV sellside users. This includes the onboarding, training, day to day communication, platform guidance, and support. Work cross functionally with product, engineering, and business development to test and update platform as needed to ensure a high-quality platform while staying up to date with the changes of the users and the industry. Responsible for the management, support and hiring of the TV Platform Customer Success team.

Led the day-to day media planning, reporting and execution of a multi-million dollar media advertising program. Programs in plan include TV, Digital, Radio, Magazine, Deck Packs, Package Inserts, Sunday Supplements, and Social Media Responsible for all aspects of media plan, including but not limited to: building the advertising plan schedules, budgeting, negotiating rates, executing IOs, creating and delivering ads in proper specs, approving invoices, tracking results, creating results reports, analyzing results and using these to make next year’s advertising plan

Responsible for the management of over 100 jobs through the marketing process. Organize, direct and track wholesaler seminar invites. Assist in wholesaler support by providing exemplary customer service and respond to wholesaler requests in a timely manner.
