I connected team members to each other, our systems, our values, and our organizational knowledge amidst eleven acquisitions and rapid growth. Examples include the execution of Slack Enterprise migration, implementing a centralized intranet, producing bi-weekly company-wide meetings, and facilitating endless change management (#startups).

Served as an extension of the executive team supporting company-wide operations. In the early and ambiguous days, I brought order to chaos by implementing company-wide processes, policies, and communications. Identified what we needed and pieced together solutions with tenacity and scrappiness. Special projects included managing the buildout of both the Houston and Austin offices and associated staffing, integration of four acquired companies, building out basic HR programs and resources, and developing and running internal educational trainings.
