I was born and raised in the Windsor- Essex County region, where I still live with my family. I am a big fan of learning and am constantly looking for ways to improve myself both personally and professionally.I have two diplomas from St. Clair College: Hospitality and Social Services Worker - Gerontology, a certificate from Conestoga College in Leadership in Long Term Care and Retirement, and I am currently pursuing my Human Resources Management Certificate through Fleming College.I spent most of my career working in the food and beverage industry before moving into administration. From there, I honed my skills and found a passion for my work that I had previously lacked. As a result, I genuinely enjoy working in administration and supporting the Human Resources team.In my current role, my primary duties are payroll and timekeeping, presenting orientation and onboarding of new hires, and supporting the hiring process by screening, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
