Dr. Redding works with her patients focusing on a full body approach to healing. Helping her patients uncover the root cause of their pain she then works with her patients to get them out of pain and restore function. Her treatment focuses on specific muscle work, chiropractic adjustments and correcting biomechanical dysfunction through rehabilitative exercise that addresses weaknesses and corrects compensatory movement patterns. She returned to the greater Philadelphia region where she grew up. She spends her free time exploring the outdoors hiking, gardening, and sharing meals with friends and family.
