As the University Talent Acquisition Manager for KPMG San Francisco Audit, I am charged with owning the full cycle recruitment strategy and implementation for a top 10 market. I am a business partner to senior leadership and local practice partners. I am responsible for creating and implementing various programs, as well as strategizing efforts associate with a truncated candidate recruitment experience. I develop strategies, approaches, and programs for inclusion and diversity to enable business objectives.

As the UC Berkeley Campus Development Manager, I was responsible for developing programs for firm-wide recruiting efforts at UC Berkley for audit, tax, and advisory. I owned all on-campus events, early candidate identification, and recruiting processes. As the Tax Primary Recruiter for San Francisco, I developed strategies, approaches, and programs for students interested in Corporate Tax at KPMG.

As a Campus Recruiting Associate, I developed strategy and owned recruiting efforts for four locally important schools in the Bay Area. I developed and strengthen relationships with candidates, as well as career center professionals.

As the Lead Coordinator, I supported recruiting efforts for KPMG's San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices, both of which are top 10 markets. I supported nine different team members in all aspects of the recruiting cycle.

At Taco Bell my responsibilities included a variety of HR and staffing support functions as well as project leadership. During my time with Taco Bell, I was a leader and a team member on multiple projects and initiatives. I was exposed to all aspects of HR in a large corporate setting. In addition to providing excellent customer service to hotel guests, I performed various administrative duties for the hotel. This position greatly improved my communication and problem resolutions skills. I was a part of a team tasked with being the public figures and hotel brand ambassadors to all guests and visitors. I resolved sensitive customer complaint issues and provided input to management about necessary corrective actions to avoid similar situations.
