I am an active member of the Whitby Minor Hockey Association, serving on the Board of Directors as the U14-U15 HL Director. In addition to my involvement in the hockey community, I wear multiple hats professionally. I am the Managing Director and Owner of Dwight Consulting, a freelance company specializing in office administration and project coordination services. My work is conducted in a remote work from home (WFH) capacity.Furthermore, I hold the positions of Project Manager and Safety Representative at Modern Deploy Technology, where we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of modern workspaces and delivering cutting-edge solutions. My extensive experience of over a decade in the energy sector, acquired through various roles at Ontario Power Generation, has honed my skills in project management, innovation, and effective communication.Currently, I am in the process of completing my CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification with PMI Canada. Additionally, I am a certified Health and Safety Representative (HSR). Throughout my career, I have successfully orchestrated the efforts of technical teams, vendors, and innovation squads to drive forward-thinking solutions and assist in the enhancement of nuclear stations. This has earned me recognition for my exceptional communication skills and consistent project delivery.My overarching objective is to assemble a team of skilled Project Coordinators and Project Assistants who share my commitment to excellence in project management. Together, we aim to provide businesses with the comprehensive support they require.
