Most people talk a good game but fail to follow through. Not Caitlin she was always looking to improve. The position both of us been thrust into as Recruiters on ERIT team came with little training. Our peers were frustrated with this, Caitlin was the opposite, she sought out ways to improve every day. She would ask about resume screening methods or how you created interview questions while telling you how she did it. This approach allowed both team members to learn and improve. I guarantee I learned more from Caitlin then she learned from me. Caitlin and I shared the desire to succeed at whatever challenge we faced. Caitlin was dedicated to her work no matter how tedious it could be. Reviewing hundreds of resumes in short periods of times while deciding which candidates deserved the opportunity to interview was a challenge. I always looked at a task like this as just complete a chunk of it at a time and move on. Caitlin took it further than that. She remained positive throughout the process and stressed celebrating the small wins as you worked your way through mountains of work. Her positivity got me through the tougher days.
