My background is in account-oriented customer service. In both my current and my last position I quickly formed strong relationships with all of my assigned accounts. I love learning my customer’s needs and expectations - this skill allows me to solve problems as they arise and anticipate additional needs.My customer service background has enabled me to develop my ability to manage multiple projects, often times with conflicting deadlines. In my last position I managed 10-20 installations of retail security equipment each week for several customers across North America. On each installation I was responsible for managing the product, labor force, and budget. In our busy season, each of these installations had overlapping deadlines and I ensured that each one was scheduled to meet the requirements of each construction timeline. I enjoy being an asset to my team. I actively seek opportunities to assist, provide support, and improve processes. In my current position I am managing a project that involves facilitating returns through our third party factories. This involves reorganizing the records as well as setting up a procedure for handling this complex process in the future. In this initiative I am working with several different internal departments, our vendors, and our customers to optimize this process, and to facilitate the different steps that need to be completed. This requires me to be well organized, able to shift my priorities as necessary, and communicate effectively with all people and departments involved in this process.I am adept with the use of technology. Professionally I use the Microsoft line of products, especially Outlook and Excel, to manage my daily tasks. I am skillful with data management programs. I learn them quickly, and have become the go-to person for basic troubleshooting for the programs used in day-to-day operations in all of my past positions.
