At Dick's Sporting Goods, I was working in inventory and distributing clothes onto the sales floor. I made sales and made customers' experiences well-rounded by giving feedback and assisting in any complications. I trained employees when needed and executed game plans in different pads of the store. When closing, I communicated with other employees and was detailed oriented for the following day. During this time, I was taking two summer classes through Penn State World Campus and contributing 30 to 40 hours a week working.

With nine weeks working at CVS Health, I was to train and manage a team of 10 individuals while being conscious of customer service. Tracked inventory, financials, and overall satisfaction of the store, along with how staff reacted to different situations. I tracked the overall satisfaction of customers through surveys. My store's satisfaction rating jumped 8 points since starting the internship. While working at CVS full-time, I was also working at DSG in a part-time role when available. I continued to work at CVS after the internship.

During the pandemic, I worked at Aldi's as an essential worker. I maintained proper disinfecting care, cleaning the store thoroughly, and keeping customers safe in this troubled time. I restocked inventory in the morning and also during the day when the store was busy. Employees were calling out during these times, so I stayed and worked double shifts when needed. After the extra help was not essential anymore, I was asked to stay for longer but had to help assist my previous job.

I was a caterer at the Downingtown Country Club for over four years. While working there, I was a full-time high school student and participated in soccer during the fall. I served weddings, golf outings, and banquets. Establishing respectful manners to the guest and occasionally bartending when necessary. Worked on holidays such as Easter and Thanksgiving to serve, bus, and host our annual buffets. Prepared for upcoming events at the closing of the shift.
