Manage the customer relationship management system (Raiser's Edge), and all elements related to the donor database administration. I develop queries, imports, and assist with the analysis of donor data to ensure efficiency within our systems. I am responsible for the oversight of all database maintenance and decisions regarding increased functionality and efficiency with tracking donor data. I train other staff in the proper use of the database, develop and implement policies to guide data entry, ensure that the database effectively captures membership and donor information and generates accurate financial and analytical reports. In addition to database management I am responsible for prospect research. Using iWave software in addition to other resources, I research, organize, and evaluate a prospect’s financial capacity, ability to give, willingness to give, charitable interests, and connection to the organization.
