• Full cycle recruitment for entry/mid to management level positions within the Business and Management service area. Supported: Membership & Benefit Administration, Sales/Marketing, Finance, Regional Support Services, HR, Access Management, HIM/Revenue Cycle, Quality & Service, Strategy & Communications, Engineering, IT, Compliance, Process Improvement, and Clinical Quality Support Services.• Recruit qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking associations, career fairs, referrals, and internet/database searches.• Assist hiring managers in determining starting salaries for applicants, tactical recruitment strategies including job description selection, interviewing techniques, advertising options, and union contract interpretation. • Partner with employee and labor relations, disability case managers, hiring managers, and employees for redeployment's and placement of impacted employees.

• Marketing of Robert Half services by conducting client meetings with hiring managers in accounting and finance departments of various organizations.• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with current clients and increase personal business development activities to build individual book of business.• Recruit highly skilled accounting and financial professionals through internet job boards, job postings, database searches, networking events and direct marketing/mail campaigns. • Interview, hire and place qualified candidates on projects, temporary assignments and permanent placement opportunities. • Manage ongoing assignments, provide consultation to organizations for staffing solutions and deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.

Including managing initial operations, hiring staff and acquiring clients. • Identify business development opportunities in LTC/SNF Facilities, Hospitals, Clinical Settings, and Psychiatric/Mental Health Networks. • Full scope recruitment of healthcare professionals through Internet job boards, direct mail campaigns, database searches, career fairs and referrals. • Interview, assign, and maintain weekly schedules and personnel activities for 250+ healthcare professionals for temporary and contract assignments.
