I am an architectural historian and historic resources consultant based in Richmond, California. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Masters (MS) degree in Historic Preservation in 2004. I have been working in the Bay Area since 2006, with leading historic resources consulting firms and as an independent consultant. I have collected a wide variety of skills and experience as well as a strong familiarity and affection for the Bay Area and its history.Specialties: Historic Resource Evaluations, Secretary of the Interior's Standards analysis and consulting, historic designation and tax credit applications, early California history, adobe construction, barns and agricultural resources.
