CurrentProject: Dodge & Cox Custom Application ModernizationLed agile development team effort to modernize .NET application supporting over 300 custom business functions while transitioning from Oracle to Snowflake data source, as part of a larger financial platform migration and business transformation program. Managed program interdependencies, risks, executive reporting; led scrums and provided agile coaching for development teams; developed resource/capacity plans in conjunction with firm-wide prioritization plans.Project: Adeia spin-off from Xperi CorporationEnd-to-end ownership of the data separation strategy as part of the corporate spin-off of Adeia from Xperi, a $2B market cap publicly traded global company. Developed a detailed inventory of all corporate data and gathered complex retention requirements from across the org, with emphasis on legal, litigation, compliance, finance and HR. Communicated with executive leadership and Board steering committee on a regular basis. Managed multiple workstreams and cross-functional internal/vendor teams to extract data from over 150 unique sources, copying and transforming ~250TB of data from legacy applications to cloud archive locations.Project: TiVo Inc. merger with Xperi CorporationManaged the integration projects for all Productivity & Collaboration and End User Services applications & tools, as part of the merger of TiVo Inc. and Xperi Corporation. Managed internal/vendor teams, and brought technical subject matter expertise. Led the development of a merger communications hub, and established templates and best practices as a Center of Excellence that was adopted by PMs throughout the org.
