Recreational Coach- Teach classes for children from the ages of 18 months-18. Build plans for each class ranging from forty-five minutes to two hours. Help children gain strength physically, and build a positive atmosphere through positive reinforcement as well as helping them find the small gains in their improvement. Held private lessons for teens involved in other sports build on their skills through gymnastics to help them gain strength in their main sport. USAG Xcel Team Coach- Head coach for Bright Stars Gymnastics Acadamy’s USAG Xcel levels Bronze, Silver, and Gold. In the 2020-2021 competition season the Bronze and Silver teams placed fifth and second respectively in the state of New Jersey as well as multiple individual state champions.

Coordinating and executing the fundraising events, including logisticas, organizations and collaboration amongst staff and volunteers. Maintain fundraising database (Gnosis). Managing the deadline-driven calendar of all development activities and grants. Manage, cultivate, and promote third party fundraisers. Establish and maintain relationship with donors, including corporate and constituents. Writing, editing and coordinating mailings to funders, including sponsorship requests, thank you letters, and appeals. Create emails and social media campaigns for distribution. Present to GCSJ Board, donors, and other major stakeholders.

Manage the relationships between donors, alumni, and grant making institutions. This includes creating, implementing and managing fundraising campaigns, and stewarding and cultivating the donors of all levels to create a positive relationship between the donor and the organization. Coming up with new development strategies to engage new and returning donors, and educate them about other programs that the organization offered. Hosting and managing fundraising events including a Wine Tasting, Hall of Fame Ceremony, as well as pre-show events that donors and donor prospects would attend to connect with key program staff. Research, write, and manage grants that the organization would obtain to run our intercity dance program.

Oversee program operations, and implementing new strategies for the organization to grow. Strategies include starting Pop-Up stores, where we ‘bring the store’ to the community in Philadelphia who may need access, instead of having the clients find us, and starting an individual giving program. Effectively recruit volunteers and interns, while maintaining positive relationships with the organizations that they come from. Improve the computer production process with ideas learned from my position as Volunteer Coordinator, as well as with skilled technical volunteers. Gracefully wind down organization operations and move in a two month time frame.

Plan, develop and implement goals and objectives which reflect those of the organization’s volunteer program mission. Assess volunteer needs which enhance program/service delivery. Effectively recruit volunteers, interns and work clients from various agencies, organizations, schools and individuals. Manage volunteer tasks, including warehouse management and computer production. Operations management of the thrift store, determine production needs in order to maintain and control store inventory levels. Worked under the VP of Multicultural Initiatives as well as the Society Director (Individual Giving). Researched for the First Annual Philly Heart Science Forum. Participated in events such as the Heart Walk and Heart Ball. I reviewed and helped create strategic plans, researched culture in the Philadelphia area in order to better target organizations in health initiatives. Assisted in training development and evaluations plans, as well as help create a budget for the next year.

I coach USAIGC Coppers and Bronzes. I also coach class kids from ages 2 to 18. I help kids involved in other sports build on their skills through gymnastics to help them gain strength in their main sport. I help promote the company as well as give them new ideas and insights to help the company grow.

I was in charge of the visual merchandising at Guess. Since the store is much larger than the visual guide I constantly had to adjust from the picture to expand. I was also in charge of the sales floor at times, making sure I make the numbers in order to make our day as well as target.

I was in charge of visual merchandising at American Eagle. Many parts of the floorset needed to be adjusted since every store was different. I was also in charge of marketing through facebook (and other sources of technology) as well as networking through the mall. This was done when we had large promotions to drive traffic into the store. I was also in charge of driving sales through conversion and coaching my associates.

I worked for operations. I was in charge of damages and markdowns as well as keeping the back room organized. I opened and closed the store when needed.
