Historical and structural analysis of estate’s English garden house conducted by preservation Master’s candidates, ledby John Milner of John Milner Architects, Inc. Individual tasks included archival research and physical investigation of site; photographic documentation of architectural evidence indicative of construction timeline; and creating AutoCAD drawings of interior details including balustrade, and door and ceiling moldings. Work culminated with a presentation of findings and an historic structures report to estate’s management and staff along with recommendations for future conservation and treatment; final report used in the application for English Heritage funding
