We are practicing one of many possible solutions to the ongoing housing crisis through community-owned cooperative housing. We believe that existing intentionally through brave communication, prioritizing rest, centering around consent, and recognizing real roadblocks will allow us the opportunities to support one another towards our own individual dreams.Located within a neighborhood that has long provided space for reciprocal community support, the 21st Street Co-op creates an "inclusively-exclusive" space where our member-owners can cultivate growth through access to a group of committed individuals--each with their own unique skills, abilities, and aspirations.

Casa Maria offers short-term housing to women and children. As a live-in community member, I work several weekly shifts to provide hospitality for guests.
