Directs and manages an assigned group of Executive Education programs including Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies (SMREA) and Infrastructure in a Market Economy: Public-Private Partnerships in a Changing World (IME). Responsible for leading all aspects of assigned programs, including coordinating faculty effort, ensuring participant satisfaction, managing operational staff, and achieving financial targets.

Assists in the delivery of open enrollment and contract programs by providing logistical support, before during and after each program is in session. Provide participant and/or curriculum support to a wide range of different programs. Maintains a high level of professionalism, teamwork and a focus on customer service. Contributes to the improvement of programs and departmental processes and procedures.

Hired, supervised and trained two 9-month college interns, and monitor their work to ensure there are no errors. Recruited and compiled hiring paperwork for 85 college students to work at highprofile events including Commencement and Reunions.
