- Report to Visual Manager & assist in the implementation of visual merchandising strategies for all channels in domestic markets- Concept and create brand appropriate window and in-store visual displays - Assist in the development of brand visual standard & communication through the brand visual standards manual- Manage all visual merchandising communication from corporate to store teams including visual standards manual, floor set & window display installation directives, any weekly VM updates including promotion display & merchandising, etc. - Assist Visual Manager in designing, planning, and implementing monthly floor and window sets- Oversee all window display prop production through vendor communication, prototype & final prop production, materials testings, budget management, & final shipment to end destination in order to meet stated deadlines and expectations- Assist in curation & execution of all showroom presentations (press events, market, internal presentations)- Plan & assist in execution of all domestic store openings

- Create a unique, innovative, and inspirational customer experience encompassing the Free People lifestyle and brand image.- Interpret all home office visual communication to fit store specific environment and core customer.- Educate staff on all home office visual communication and initiatives.- Utilize sales reports to track and analyze business and determine weekly objectives.- Partner with District Visual Manager and Visual Manager to oversee and manage roll-out of all product placement, store fixture layout, and visual displays.- Maintain awareness of apparel and accessory trends and relevance to the store environment- Maintaining all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store.- Partner with and support the Store, Visual, and Assistant Store Manager- Lead, mentor and motivate the team regarding all aspects of leadership, visual execution, and expectations.- Lead and develop focused visual training workshops and innovative training exercises- Managing expectations and visual presentation through consistent and continual feedback and accountability.- Promote a sense of ownership and delegation with the team for both visual and operational.- Creating team involvement through strategic planning.- Manage and motivate a high level of customer care, operations, and loss prevention.- Ensure the use of all customer care resources.- Meet or exceed store sales plan and payroll goal.- Manage all aspects of daily store operational controls.- Uphold all company policy and procedure.
