• Supervise implementation for the $240m per year USAID Global Health Supply Chain Procurement and Supply Management project (GHSC-PSM) and the Global Fund project in Nigeria • Manage, delegate, and execute day-to-day project tasks, communicating and assisting with project office requests and overseeing adherence to project requirements, government regulations, and Chemonics policies• Oversee financial aspects of the project’s contract, reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy and compliance and tracking expenditures against budget and total obligated funds, determining causes for variances in expenditures against forecasts and budgets, ensuring the client is informed as appropriate• Supervise, mentor, develop, and evaluate assigned staff, providing regular performance feedback and the time and opportunity to grow professionally• Identify issues or potential risks, including project performance, financial, and compliance, and support plans and strategies to address those risks communicating with all necessary stakeholders• Liaise with project subaward partners, manage subaward issues, budgets, invoice reviews, and review deliverables in coordination with project team to ensure they meet technical and quality standards• Support recruitment of long- and short-term project personnel in accordance with Chemonics’ policy
