As a litigator recognized for her highly sophisticated practice in all aspects of complex general litigation, Caite Mika specifically focuses on clients in product liability, consumer fraud, and breach of contract matters. Caite has experience in nearly all stages of litigation, in both state and federal court, from initial fact investigation through the pleading stage, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial, as well as significant experience with alternative dispute resolution. She is an experienced team leader responsible for supervising and managing associates, paralegals, and outside consultants and vendors across multiple matters.Caite holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an associate editor on the Law Review and participated in the Center for International Human Rights clinic. She holds a bachelor of arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she also studied for a semester in Granada, Spain.
