Continuing my exciting work with Leon Speakers focused on leading our residential sales and business development efforts. My work focuses primarily on managing our programs and relationships with our Buying Groups, Manufacturer Sales Representatives, VIP Accounts and other key partnerships.

As the Sales & Business Development Manager at Leon, I bring the Leon brand, culture, and product knowledge to the residential market for Leon’s extensive portfolio of customizable speakers and technology concealment solutions. I oversee outside sales and business development efforts for the United States and Canada which includes managing our manufacturers representatives, buying groups, trade shows,and integrator and specifier relationships. I spend a majority of my time on the road and in the field, engaging and managing relationships with interior designers, architects and custom integrators. I provide tailored trainings for products, solutions and CEUs as well as represent our brand at a variety of large national and international trade and design shows such as CEDIA, Integrated Systems Europe(ISE) and many others.As a champion for our brand, I make it my goal to share the Leon culture and story to help designers and integrators bridge design with technology, and find design centered solutions for today’s technology connected homes.

Manage social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.Edit and create content for Squarespace customer newsletter communications and website.Create and deploy audience-engaging social media posts.Monitor social media channels and execute/coordinate responses.Assist with general brand development and marketing.Assist in relationship building for distribution channels.

Provides the vision and leadership for all the social Greek-letter organizations through innovative programming that meets or exceeds best practices in the field.Provide guidance and staff support for student-driven programs and organizational endeavors, including Greek Awards, Risk Management Seminars, Greek Week, Meet the Greeks, and Faculty Appreciation.Conduct overall assessment of Greek Life Program; create and implement strategic plan for Greek Life to, assist with planning for future growth and development of the Fraternity and Sorority Community.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate fraternity and sorority leadership development opportunities and community outreach/philanthropic efforts aligned with chapter values and campus priorities.Program for and manage/supervise large, diverse group of Greek students, student volunteers and student employees.Advise the coordination of formal and informal fraternity and sorority recruitment and intake efforts in accordance with UM-Dearborn institutional as well as inter/national organizational guidelines including facilitating grade checks for academic eligibility.Advocate for and develop resources which enhance organizational development and chapter success.Support and encourage UM-Dearborn's national visibility, through student and staff participation in the Association of Fraternity Advisors, Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values, Order of Omega Leadership Honor Society, Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute, and other opportunities offered by respective inter/national organizations and NALFO, NIC, NPC, and NPHC.

-Supervise Operations Coordinator for Extension & Programming as well as Travelling Leadership Consultants-Maintain current database and distribution lists pertaining to collegiate services.-Supports and collaborates with the National Vice Presidents of Collegian, Programming, and Extension.-Maintains communication with chapter/colony officers, advisors, and other stakeholdersassociated with the effective operations of collegiate chapters.-Ensure reports are complete and properly recorded and distributed.-Provides follow-up with chapters/colonies pertaining to LC reports and recommendations/tasks to be completed by each chapter/colony.-Provides follow-up on incident reports and investigates as necessary; reporting back to the Executive Director.-Serves as the administrative point person for the LC staff.-Serves as the administrative point person for Theta Phi Days and Officer Leadership Training when needed; provides oversight to Operations Coordinator for Extension and Programming.-Facilitate educational programs.-Travel as required to chapters, educational programs, and conferences.
