Built a DevOps consulting firm to address automation and infrastructure issues plaguing the NYC tech scene. Clients were mainly in fintech and crypto. Day-to-day duties include schedule organization, supply procurement, travel arrangements, itineraries, client research and relations, invoicing, and maintaining business records. Staying on top of networking opportunities, fostering community relationships, and organizing talks and conferences are part of the larger picture.

Office manager of a video production company specializing in market research and advertising. Very fast paced, busy work environment fielding phone calls, processing invoices, filing, helping the HR department with insurance benefits enrollment, hiring and terminations, and contractor paperwork. I enjoyed maintaining an organized filing system and taking on special projects like organizing company retreats, office celebrations, and client gifts. The job offered lots of diverse roles to play and I enjoyed the pace of it all.

Performed all administrative, bookkeeping, and medical billing duties for a small private psychotherapy office. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Office-Ally.Additionally, I used this opportunity as an internship in clinical psychology and worked closely with therapists in organzing women's support groups that were hosted at the practice. I escorted clients to inpatient treatment during emergency situations and learned a great deal about how to hold space for people experiencing trauma and mental health issues.
