My work consisted of several types of construction including retail, office, recreational, and automotive ranging in cost from $100,000 - $6 Million dollars per project. My responsibilities included:• Reviewing all project drawings and specifications as well as any changes made to the construction documents through value engineering, architectural revisions, and clarifications of the drawings through Requests for Information.• Assisting in the construction scheduling and working with the superintendent to coordinate installations.• Sending Requests for Information to the appropriate architect, interior designer or engineer.• Acknowledging and recording potential change orders that may cost the owner additional money or extend the schedule• Reviewing shop drawings along with other product data and samples in a timely manner and for quality control.
