I worked closely with the Communications & Policy leads at (RED) to support a number of key campaign and communications activities. Key highlights:- Managed (RED)'s activation at Warped Tour 2013 and conducted interviews with musical talent onsite.- Pitched media outlets on DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign, including 2013 DANCE (RED) album and (Coca-Cola)RED activation. - Supported Head of External Relations to manage guest relations at 2013 (RED) Auction, hosted by Jony Ive and Marc Newson.

I conducted research on key media markets and managed Project Syndicate's Tumblr and Quora accounts to garner hundreds of new followers.

Greater New York City Area

I served as statewide lead on the OFA Liaison Project, the New York State campaign's non-profit network, and managed over 50 volunteer staging locations in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio for Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts. During the summer months, I also worked in the campaign's regional office based in Leesburg, Virginia, coordinating with local community organizers to organize phone banking and canvassing events in Northern Virginia.

In between my work on the Obama for America 2012 campaign, I interned for Berger-Hirschberg across a number of political fundraising activities. I managed planning and logistics on DC-based congressional and gubernatorial fundraising events, reached out to donors and PACs on behalf of candidates and clients' interests and created meeting & event briefings for Congressional clientele.

In less than 9 months, I mobilized over 50 student volunteers for outreach and adoption events, administrative duties and animal care shifts and organized local events and grassroots fundraising efforts on and off-NYU campus. I coordinated with the NYU Civics team to conduct volunteer orientation and humane education classes onsite at the shelter, raising awareness of Bideawee's mission among the NYU community.

Florence, Italy

As part of my work-study experience, I assisted conservators and lecturers with textile and artwork conservation projects. I was trained to host tours of the Villa and gardens for scholars, VIP guests and alumni, and current and former students and their families. I also supported the Villa's events team in setting up and coordinating high-level events, graduate seminars and lectures, attended by visiting professors, scholars and thought leaders.
