Current• Partner with leadership team and hiring managers to develop organizational design, talent acquisition, job descriptions, and training and development• Develop and market the employment and talent brand • Actively organize meetings with managers, regarding counseling, employee reviews, total rewards, and the onboarding/off boarding process• Administer and manage employee benefits (healthcare, 401k, PTO), payroll, and employee performance documentation• Consistently stay educated and train on the current and changing HR policies on state and federal level for compliance across 30 states• Develop department goals and objectives and perform analytics on the current progress and pipeline of candidates through Culture Amp software• Lead a people-first thriving culture within the company for both the existing team and new employees through employee engagement, action planning, and execution in a remote work environment
