• Recruited to assume management and stabilize the organizations independent senior living services program for nine sites and a staff of 12• Steward and implement over 20 community partnerships to provide essential services to low-income seniors including nutrition, transportation, rental assistance, and social activities• Expanded annual food distribution program from 250,000 pounds to over 400,000 pounds in less than one year• Promote the program with local, regional, and state leaders to ensure continued funding and support of future development projects• Create long term strategy for the expansion of staff and facilities for the next three to five years of growth• Manage multiple cost center budgets in partnership with three separate departments

I assumed management of fund development including major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorship, events, and membership programs. Responsible for the annual budget and leadership of development department and working closely with all departments, I crafted and executed major partner sponsorships including the marketing, construction of physical spaces and execution of new programming. Created strategies to enhance donor network and further expand stewardship opportunities for new and current donor groups. Fostered and actively engaged relationships with board members, donors, committees, volunteers, and the community at large. I was on the principal leadership team which developed and executed a comprehensive three-year strategic plan to build development opportunities. We increased contributed revenue from 30% to 70% in under one fiscal year cycle and raised $2 million dollars of the $3 million dollar goal in the first year of strategic plan. This also included over $300,000 in new gifts to the organization. I successfully managed a portfolio of over 200 individual, corporate and foundation donors.

Recruited to assume management of chapter’s fundraising initiatives including: major gifts and four signature events annually to support funding of educational programs. Responsible for creating and managing donations within the $1.2 million annual budget. Supervised department staff and volunteers. Created a new fundraising event entitled- Lunchboxes and Learning from Classroom 2 Career, that had an immediate impact on organizational awareness and community response. Fostered and actively engaged relationships with board members, donors, committees, volunteers and sponsors.

Recruited to help revive the local chapter's activities. This included overseeing shelter build projects, community outreach initiatives, all fundraising activities, events and day to day operations totaling $1.3 million budget per year. Through the extensive relationships created with major donors and community partners, I was able to leverage an improving financial performance to expand the number of shelter build projects completed annually. Strong working relationships with board of directors, the residential building industry, trades and community partners were critical in achieving positive results. Instrumental in planning and implementing two major fundraising events and two large outreach events annually. Manage logistical details of shelter build projects, writing grants and proposals for major donors. Oversaw and managed the revamped website. Produced large scale video showcasing the organizations community impact. Utilize e-newsletters, social media and PR to communicate chapter activities to supporters and community at large.

This was a newly created position to expand the local presence from the organization's highly successful Team Challenge Half Marathon program to increase fundraising events, outreach, education and assistance programs to patients and families.Responsible for the implementation of CCFA’s mission through programs and fundraising events in Southern Nevada. This included developing, implementing and monitoring the annual budget associated with the Las Vegas Take Steps Walk and Fall Special Events totaling approximately $200,000 annually. Responsible for the recruitment of volunteers to assist in implementing the Take Steps Walk and Fall Special Event as well as other assigned special events associated with the Southwest Chapter in Las Vegas.Served as a consultant and resource to volunteers. Provided professional leadership in planning and implementing their tasks and/or responsibilities. Maintained accurate and complete records and files for the Take Steps Walk, fundraising events, programs and activities.
