Caitlin is a well-versed operations professional with over a decade of experience leading and managing staff in the Performing Arts industry. She values the collaborative nature of art and finds it rewarding to be a part of the bigger picture that theaters and performing arts centers represent. As an easy-going, natural leader, Caitlin believes in an 'empathy first' management model. People have rich and full lives and schedules outside of the four walls of a workspace and she structures her leadership style around that knowledge. She is skilled in customer satisfaction, conflict resolution, team building, and she possesses comprehensive oversight capabilities. Prior achievements include handling the logistics of a touring production, managing a team of over 80 direct reports, and creating a lasting suite of documentation and training materials to streamline Front of House procedures at venues across the country.Outside of work, Caitlin is an avid hiker, she enjoys playing the bass, and is currently training for a half-marathon. She is also trying to read 50 books in 2024. Wish her luck!As of August 2024, after 12 years in the Performing Arts industry, Caitlin has lovingly closed this chapter of her career in House Management.
