I am a building materials specialist with experience in condition assessments, documentation, historic structure reports, repair designs, rehabilitation specifications, and beyond. My focus has been in on-site survey and material evaluation. I spoke in a workshop about building survey methods and techniques for the California Preservation Foundation. I meet the SOI Professional Standards for Architecture and Historic Architecture, and have worked with the Standards consistently in past positions. My talents extend to data organization and software solutions for documentation and facility management, and I both designed and managed the digital solutions for my previous firm's field survey capture methods and for the maintenance management system for a major national park (ask me more!). Past marketing positions honed my digital design skills; I am an expert in InDesign and pickup new software tools adeptly.
