As an additional role, I lead the Admin team in the Corporate Office of Cinema Cafe:- Leads and mentors a team of 3 administrative wizards, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.- Masterfully liaises between the worlds of Leadership, Admin, and Operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.- Manages projects in the realms of culture and training, menu development, marketing and events.- Crafts and administers stakeholder satisfaction programs.- Collaborates with the Director of Operations on Human Resource initiatives, weaving the Cinema Cafe culture and magic into every aspect of our people-centric endeavors.

I worked with Dr. Parker, a brilliant and revolutionary doctor in the field of Psychiatry, to develop his practice at CorePsych. I helped to build his web presence and develop information products.Look for many great things to come from CorePsych.
