As of May 2024, I was promoted to Human Resources Director. I currently do the Director and Assistant job. Help employees with conflicts they main encounter, process time sheets as they come in the office, and Assist the Administrator in his needs. I perform Orientation 2 days a week, every week. So, I spend 1 day a week making copies for Orientation and Pre Hire Paperwork. Every other week, I work on closing payroll, inputting bonuses, vacation time, sick time, any deductions that need to be made. I maintain the files for the whole facility. We are currently staffed at 190 employees. I answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely manner. I process Termed Employees at the end of every week.

Working in a Long Term Care facility, our number one priority is to the residents. It is my job to recruit the best candidates to take care of our residents. Ranging from Housekeepers to Nurses. When I am not recruiting, I am assisting the HR Director in Payroll, Orientation, and reaching out to employees. When using ADP, I input time sheets, adjust meal times, input uniform deductions as well as vacation times. On top of that, I am at the buildings disposal. I do my rounds to check in on employees working on the floor, check in with management to see how employees are doing when we are not around, and assist anyone who may need a little help. Other than those big things, I help construct our monthly staff meetings, check emails, keep files up to date, and answer phone calls that come to our office.

Assisting the Kindergarten teacher, I helped the students with additional instruction if they were falling behind. We worked as a team to give the students the best education while having fun. During specials, I would run copies for the Kindergarten team and go over lesson plans with the teacher. I would do the Calendar/Math lessons every day.

I assisted teachers and students. I took students in small groups to better assist them in a smaller, quieter setting. I observed during instruction/lectures. I helped students when the teacher was occupied.

My role was a Legal Assistant/Receptionist. I greeted clients as they entered the office. I checked clients in for appointments. I took payments for retainer. I ran errands when needed. I kept the calendar up to date. I filed documents in office as well as with the court house. I drafted documents for the attorney.
