Workplace Manager
Current- Supervise all aspects of the office’s facilities, reception, maintenance and food-service areas- Manage and train Workplace staff- Responsible for space-planning and expansion projects related to the Montreal office - Manage all travel processes and procedures - Review and approve all invoices for all office related expenditures; manage and control office project expenditures within agreed upon budget; provide monthly financial analysis- Maintain office equipment (non IT) and service contracts- Oversees security issues related to physical space and systems- Monitor and resolve any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise- Oversee building evacuation procedure- Present overview of facilities, and health and safety issues at new employee orientation sessions- Manage all facilities/office-related third-party contracts and vendors; track renewals - Provide first aid care for the office as needed- Oversee all office events and activities to ensure maximum efficiency - Handle all employee requests, complaints, office needs, etc.
