I am a communicator passionate about using my skills to further my organization's mission. I've always been interested in communications, both written and oral. From a young age, I would spot mistakes in restaurant menus, advertisements, and even books. I became determined to use my perfectionism to ensure the highest quality communications as my career progressed.I previously worked with a small mom and pop shop, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and the Indiana Blind Children's Foundation, which allowed me to grasp the varying communications strategies of both for- and not-for-profit organizations of different sizes. While I initially started my career with a communications-centered mindset, I expanded that to include a variety of valuable experiences. I now have a great deal of knowledge in the operations of nonprofit organizations of differing missions, whether they're arts-based or focused on social assistance.
