- Selecting interior finishes, fixtures and occasionally equipment- Creating a material selection book (s) for semi-custom homes getting built to spec- Selecting exterior finishes for renovation projects and some custom homes-Creating interior layouts for RND designed custom homes to assist in planning phase.
