I recently took on the HR Program Delivery Lead role supporting teams transitioning to Platforms as part of the Enterprise's Next Evolution of Work (NEW) program. Working alongside business partners, I help deliver HR strategies and solutions that support NEW transformation priorities and people strategy. I enjoy working collaboratively with partners across both HR and the business, particularly in areas related to talent, strategy, and data and analytics.

As part TD Insurance's Credit Protection Product & Capabilities team, I support the development of digital tools and experiences to help our customers understand the value of creditor insurance. Leveraging insights from customer and colleague focus groups, as well as Behavioural Economics and Human Centered Design best practices, we strive to create personalized and meaningful digital experiences to help customers understand how insurance can play a part in their holistic financial well-being and protection strategy.

As part of the Wealth Real Estate and Distribution Strategy team, I lead a team of dedicated individuals who support Real Estate and premises project coordination and implementation support to our Wealth partners. Our primary role is to provide legendary business as usual and long-term strategic support to Wealth lines of business and operations areas, as well as work closely with our TD partners across the bank. Our mandate is to build a strategic long term Real Estate roadmap to enable a legendary client and employee experience, and be a trusted business partner for all Wealth businesses. As part of the broader Wealth Shared Services team, we are accountable for driving TD Wealth's success by proactively providing start-to-finish business solutions that create value by leveraging our expertise and deep understanding of client needs.

I am a Human Resources Officer in Wealth Management and I support the Wealth Advice Businesses groups comprised of Private Client Group and Private Invement Advice portfolios. We strive to provide a great employee experience by aiding People Managers and Employees with inquiries and guidance. I also work as part of the Program Administration Team to help manage bank wide initiatives for Wealth Management.

Most recently, I was a Human Resources Associate within TD Wealth Human Resources team. I supported pan-Wealth strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborating with our Centre of Excellence partners, the HR team strives to provide holistic guidance, counsel and advice in areas of organizational design, learning and development, talent, and compensation.
