-Serves as peer tutor to students currently enrolled in Environmental Geology and Earth Systems.-Holds twice-weekly office hour sessions with primary goal of aiding student learning via active learning strategies.-Collaborates with other STEM Zone Interns to promote inclusivity and diversity withinin Wooster's STEM cohort.

-Closely collaborates with College of Wooster Stem Success Initiative (SSI) Board Members to assess and improve the quality of the college's STEM community.-Tasked with developing promotional materials and managing SSI social media accounts to market programming events such as internship panels, guest speakers, career panels, and other events.-Responsible for attending and facilitating SSI employee training sessions under supervision of SSI coordinator, Kara Melrose.-Aids in coordinating and executing SSI events, including event planning and moderating panels.

• Supervised a group of four student researchers on a 6-week project funded by the National Science Foundation tasked with studying the impacts of climate change in Wooster, Ohio. • Acquired valuable experience in consulting work, the planning and production of deliverables, field work, and interdisciplinary collaboration with students from varying academic backgrounds. • Interacted professionally with stakeholders representing local community organizations that would benefit from an analysis of the changing climate in Wooster, Ohio, including the Killbuck Watershed Land Trust and Wayne County Soil and Water Conservation District.• Supported the production process of 6 technical reports for, 5 presentations, and 1 scientific abstract for presentation at American Geophysical Union’s 2022 Annual Meeting. • Provided academic support in the fields of hydrology and modern climate change, including classroom lectures, tutorials on climate analysis software and analysis of trends, and field work skills such as tree coring, and soil/ water sampling and preparation.

-Partnered with Dr. Greg Wiles to provide academic support to students enrolled in ESCI28000-Facilitated weekly office hours and review sessions to assist students with coursework, including in-class activities, quizzes, labs, and exams-Strengthened my ability to provide academic support and motivate students of all backgrounds

-Collaborated with Dr. John Siewert to mentor students enrolled in First Year Seminar-Facilitated individual meetings with students to achieve strong, trusting relationships-Worked closely with the class TA to help mentees form a Spring Semester course schedule-Attended weekly Peer Mentor meetings to learn more about how to best support First Year Students with some of the many challenges they may face-Strengthened listening and problem solving skills by handling situations students encountered

-Collaborated with Dr. Greg Wiles to provide academic support for students enrolled in ESCI 110 "Environmental Geology"-Maintained twice weekly office hours in the STEM Zone-Applied prior knowledge and experience in the Earth Sciences to improve quality of student work-Advised and connected with students from a wide range of academic backgrounds and skill levels-Utilized my role as a ZI to encourage students to pursue a STEM field and share with them the joys of being part of Wooster's diverse STEM community

-Collaborated with a team of students and faculty mentors on a consulting project sponsored by the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau-Quantified the economic impact of tourism in Holmes County, OH through several data collection and analysis methodologies-Coauthored a report of the group's findings and presented possible next steps in this area of research -Strengthened my data analysis skills through use of Excel and Stata Software-Improved public speaking abilities and professional communication -Successfully operated in a face-to-face/virtual format for the duration of the project-Gained insight into the intersectionality of local commerce, government, community, and tourism

-Worked with consultants from Environmental Design Group and Davey Tree to propose sustainable stormwater management practices to Knight's Hollow, a catchment basin on the College of Wooster Campus-Served on the Climate and Weather research team, tasked with analyzing historical data from the OARDC and developing deliverables in the forms of graphs, data sets, and reports-Successfully completed Ohio's StormwaterOne stormwater management training seminar series -Acquired experience in group collaboration, interacting in a professional environment, data retrieval and analysis, and scientific communication

-Assisted Professor Beth Muellner in First Year Seminar titled "Comic Books and Conflict"-Enhanced understanding of material covered in class through fostering discussions of personal experiences and relevant life experiences among participants-Maximized quality of student work by conducting weekly office hours and study sessions-Communicated deadlines and important information effectively with remote and in-person students through Microsoft Teams and Moodle-Attained valuable experience in presentation skills, public speaking, development of learning objectives, and collaboration with students of all backgrounds and abilities.

-Assisted librarians in activity preparation by gathering materials, aiding in set up/tear down of event location-Researched relevant content and developed activities for STEM, holiday, and age-tailored events hosted by the Children's Department-Utilized CLEVNET database to manage checking in/out of material loans
